Legendary Inter defender Riccardo Ferri has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to reminisce about his time with the Nerazzurri club.

Ferri came through the academy ranks at Inter and spent the first 13 years of his senior career on Inter’s books between 1981 and 1994 before departing for Sampdoria where he spent two years before retiring.

During his time with Inter the former Italian national team player made 418 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he scored nine goals and tallied one assist.

He posted: “Sometimes by browsing through some photographs, you are able to relive the moments imprinted in the image with the same emotion. Could it be that we are getting old?”
