Italian journalist and director of Telelombardia Fabio Ravezzani discussed Inter’s 3-1 win over Cagliari and the words of coach Antonio Conte made after the game in a post on his Twitter page.

The Milanese club needed to play well against the Rossoblu earlier today after their lackluster 0-0 draw against Shakhtar Donetsk earlier this week, which eliminated them from both the Champions League and Europa League.

The Nerazzurri fell behind in the 42nd minute thanks to an amazing goal from Cagliari forward Riccardo Sottil in the 42nd minute.

Inter remained calm and former Cagliari man Nicolo Barella found the equaliser in the 77th minute.

This was added to by a goal from Italian defender Danilo D’Ambrosio in the 84th minute, before Romelu Lukaku closed out the game in the 94th minute, finishing the game 3-1.

Ravezzani discussed the game and Conte’s statements made to the media afterward in a Tweet, saying:

“Inter wins with full merit against an objectively inferior Cagliari. Great Barella, good also the substitutions, who are all potential starters.

“Conte ends after the 3-1 win with an insult towards the bench, typical of his character.”
