Inter coach Antonio Conte and his Cagliari counterpart Eusebio Di Francesco have decided to field the following 22 players in this afternoon’s Serie A clash between the two sides at the Sardegna Arena, with kick-off scheduled for 12.30 CET.

Conte has made four changes to the lineup that drew against Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk earlier this week, replacing Achraf Hakimi with Matteo Darmian, Roberto Gagliardini with Christian Eriksen, Ashley Young with Ivan Perisic and Lautaro Martinez with Alexis Sanchez.
