Inter manager Antonio Conte’s patience with Ivan Perisic has run out and Perisic could once again leave Inter although this time it could be on a permanent basis according to a report from Italian news outlet PassioneInter.com.

Conte has not been convinced by Perisic and after another poor performance in Inter’s win over Cagliari at the weekend, he is ready to let him go after trying several times to convert him but his patience is up.

Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta values Perisic at €15 million but it is his high salary that is discouraging for potential suitors.

The report explains that former Italian national team boss Conte has made his mind up and he is adamant that Ashley Young will remain for left wing-back with Matteo Darmian and Aleksandar Kolarov being other options on the left hand side.

This season Perisic has made 17 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored two goals and provided three assists.
