Inter are weighing up what to do with Filip Stankovic in the immediate future according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

Inter are studying whether to send the highly rated young goalkeeper out on loan to get regular first team minutes to help him develop as a player or just keep a hold of him.

One thing is however for certain and that is that Inter will not sell the young Serbian, who is the son of former Inter central midfielder Dejan Stankovic.

The report goes on to explain that Stankovic’s future with Inter will largely depend on what the club decide to do with current number one goalkeeper Samir Handanovic, who is out of contract at the end of this season.

18-year-old Stankovic is a product of Inter’s academy and signed a new four year contract with the club back at the start of September which ties him to the club until the end of the 2023/24 season.
