Inter, Juventus and AC Milan all have an interest in signing Roma’s Lorenzo Pellegrini as do a host of clubs abroad according to a report from Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.
The 24-year-old’s contract with Roma is due to expire at the end of next season and since the change of ownership at the capital city club, there have been no phone calls regarding a potential new contract for the player at the Stadio Olimpico.
As things stand, everything is currently stalled. Although the contract expiry is not imminent, time is absolutely running out for a new deal to be agreed to.
Inter, Juventus and AC Milan have all been keeping tabs on Pellegrini for some time and are not alone in liking him but the report does not name the foreign clubs who have an interest in him.
Pellegrini, who has been with Roma since the Summer of 2017, has made 121 appearances across all competitions to date for them, in which he has scored 11 goals and provided 28 assists.
This term the 15 time Italian national team representative has one goal and three assists in 16 appearances across all competitions to date.
