Italian stats provider Opta Paolo commented on Inter midfielder Christian Eriksen’s start before the Cagliari yesterday in a post on their Twitter page.
The 28-year-old Danish midfielder, who is contracted to the Milanese club until 2024, has made 12 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 373 minutes.
In that time, the former Tottenham man has struggled to make an impact in the game and has not contributed to a goal.
OptaPaolo noted how little he has played since October, saying:
“Christian Eriksen starts with Inter, between Serie A and the Champions League, for the first time since October 31 (Inter-Parma) – in the last eight official matches of the Nerazzurri he’s played 15 minutes in total. Return.”
