Inter manager Antonio Conte will manage his 50th Serie A game in charge of Inter in tonight’s match at home to Napoli according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The former Juventus and Italian national team boss will look to mark the occasion by leading his side to a fifth straight league win following the wins over Torino, Sassuolo, Bologna and Cagliari in recent weeks.

Conte also achieved the feat of five straight league wins at the start of last season and Inter went on to win their first six league games. By beating Napoli tonight, Conte would have the chance to match his current best consecutive win record in Serie A at Inter in Sunday’s match against lowly Spezia.

The ex-Chelsea boss took charge of Inter in the Summer of 2019 and signed a three year contract with the club. The 51-year-old tactician has managed Inter in 70 matches across all competitions to date and Inter have won 40 of these matches.
