In today’s print edition, Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport have been very critical of Inter manager Antonio Conte in their ratings for last night’s match between Inter and Napoli.

Inter managed to come away with all three points from the match as they narrowly won 1-0 thanks to a Romelu Lukaku penalty in the second half.

Whilst this was Inter’s fifth Serie A win in a row and they are now just one point off of top spot after AC Milan drew with Genoa, Tuttosport have still criticised Conte and believe his performance as manager warranted a rating of just 5.5.

Upon taking the lead, Conte took Lautaro Martinez off and switched to a 5-4-1 system. Whilst he no doubt thought this would trouble Napoli, this only threw them a lifeline. Inter gave the ball up to Napoli who already enjoyed most of the possession at San Siro.

Conte was however saved by club captain and number one goalkeeper Samir Handanovic, who made a number of big saves after Inter had went ahead, saves which ultimately helped Inter to secure the win.
