Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic will start against Spezia this afternoon, having recovered from a small injury suffered against Napoli earlier this week, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how the 28-year-old Croatian midfielder, who is contracted to the Nerazzurri until 2022, was brought off after 67 minutes against Napoli in the 1-0 win on Wednesday, with a slight injury.

He has since recovered and will start against newly promoted Spezia this afternoon, alongside Nicolo Barella and Roberto Gagliardini.

Arturo Vidal has recovered from his thigh injury but will remain on the bench, although he’s likely to appear in the second half.

The only change to the starting 11 that beat Napoli earlier this week was on the right, where Matteo Darmian made way for Achraf Hakimi.

Probable Inter lineup (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan De Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Achraf Hakimi, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Roberto Gagliardini, Ashley Young; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
