Italian journalist Fabrizio Biasin discussed Inter’s crucial 2-1 win over Spezia earlier today in a post on his Twitter page.

The Milanese club’s win over the newly promoted Ligurian side this afternoon was their sixth consecutive win in Serie A, with the team bouncing back after their disappointing early exit from the Champions League earlier this month, with a painful 0-0 draw against Shakhtar Donetsk sealing their fate.

The Nerazzurri’s win means that they remain second in the league table after 13 games, with 30 points, only a single point behind intercity rivals and league leaders AC Milan, who also picked up three points today after beating Sassuolo.

Inter’s next game is against Ivan Juric’s Hellas Verona on Wednesday next week, an important game as Antonio Conte’s side look to finish 2020 with a bang.

The team will then go on their Christmas break, before returning in the new year to face newly promoted Crotone on the 3rd January.

Biasin commented on the win, saying:

“Ugly and winning, another 3 points for Inter who play and win like Conte’s teams. For the game, we wait for better times. And congratulations to Spezia, great attitude for a Serie A debutant.”
