The respective situations of Christian Eriksen and Radja Nainggolan at Inter need to be unravelled ahead of the upcoming January transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
Eriksen was an unused substitute in yesterday’s 2-1 win over Spezia and was the last player to leave the field after the players who did not participate carried out some work on the pitch post-match.
Prior to the match Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio meanwhile admitted that the club would try and satisfy Radja Nainggolan’s needs but stressed that the club will not just give him, or anyone for that matter, away for nothing.
Both players are very much expected to be moved on by Inter by the end of next month. Eriksen has been linked with a whole array of clubs from Arsenal to Paris Saint-Germain whilst Nainggolan is widely understood to want a return to Cagliari.
In his post-match press conference, Inter manager Antonio Conte admitted that he and the club will assess things in a serene and intelligent manner.
