Inter Winger Axel Bakayoko Closing In On Move To Red Star Belgrade, Italian Media Claims

Axel Bakayoko is on the verge of completing a move from Inter to Red Star Belgrade according to a report from Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

As per this report, the young French winger, who joined Inter at youth level back in 2014 from French club Red Star, who have no connection to their Serbian namesakes, is one step away from completing a move to Red Star Belgrade, who are currently managed by legendary former Inter central midfielder Dejan Stankovic.

Negotiations between Inter and Red Star Belgrade over 22-year-old Bakayoko are already well underway and the report goes on to add that before giving a definitive yes, they would like for there to be a clause inserted into the deal that would give them 20% of a future sale.

Bakayoko, who has spent the last two seasons out on loan at Swiss side FC St Gallen, has only made one senior appearance for Inter.
