Inter are waiting to understand Alejandro ‘Papu’ Gomez’s situation at Atalanta but he is not the only attacker that Inter have their eyes on ahead of the January transfer window according to a report from the online edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera.

Inter are waiting to see the outcome of the summit between Gomez and Atalanta which will take place before the end of the year and from this summit it should be understood how much he will cost.

Inter are not in a position where they have great spending power though and first they must make sales which is why signing Gervinho in a swap deal with out of favour Andrea Pinamonti remains an option for Inter.

Trying to sign Napoli’s Arkadiusz Milik is not too far fetched of an idea either. Given his contract expires in the Summer, the reduced costs to sign him fallen within Inter’s parameters.

When it comes to outgoing transfers, the Milanese news outlet goes on to explain that Christian Eriksen could return to the Premier League via a swap deal or move to Paris Saint-Germain.

Ivan Perisic could leave and if he does he could be replaced by Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso. Matias Vecino and Radja Nainggolan could also leave the club and the report concludes that in any case, Inter’s transfer market depends on the sale of Christian Eriksen and others.
