Tottenham Hotspur’s interest in signing Inter centre back Milan Skriniar has not waned according to a report from British news outlet The Athletic.
The Premier League club showed an extremely keen interest in signing the Slovakian national team player during the most recent transfer window but were unable to come to an agreement with Inter.
Despite this, the London based side remain interested and they will try again to sign him. The report explains that it is unlikely that an agreement will be able to be found between the clubs in the January transfer window but a transfer in the Summer transfer window is described as more realistic.
This season Skriniar, who joined Inter in the Summer of 2017 from Sampdoria, has made 12 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park, the 25-year-old, who is contracted to Inter until 2023, has not managed to score any goals nor has he managed to provide any assists.
