Inter are in talks with Cagliari regarding a new loan deal for Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how the Sardinian side are incredibly keen to sign the 32-year-old Belgian midfielder, who impressed last season whilst on loan with the Rossoblu.

Fiorentina and Sassuolo are also both interested, but Nainggolan would rather return to his beloved Cagliari, and so talks are currently ongoing.

The Rossoblu are working to find the right amount to give the Nerazzurri in exchange for a new loan deal for the 32-year-old. Nainggolan would cost €5 million gross for the remaining half season, which may be too much for the Sardinian side.

Matias Vecino and Ivan Perisic are also likely to be sold next month, the report continues, although no suitable options have arrived for either player yet.

Considering Inter’s budget restrictions, next month’s incoming market depends on the future of these three players.
