A report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport has examined a possible loan swap between Inter’s Christian Eriksen and Paris Saint-Germain’s Leandro Paredes.

The report details how the imminent arrival of former Tottenham coach Mauricio Pochettino at PSG will help to facilitate a move for the Dane to Paris, as the Argentine coach is a big fan of the 28-year-old, with the pair reaching the Champions League final together only a couple of years ago.

The idea will be truly discussed by Inter executives Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio over the next few days, with coach Antonio Conte also set to be present.

Italy’s Growth Decree also comes into the picture, the report continues. The Nerazzurri are happy to send him out on loan because if he were to leave permanently then Inter would lose the benefits of the decree and the taxes on his salary would double.

Paredes is also able to take advantage of the Growth Decree, having previously spent time with Chievo Verona, Roma and Empoli.
