Juventus are looking for a new midfielder for next month and are interested in Inter linked Rodrigo De Paul, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the Bianconeri have had to look elsewhere for a player after multiple targets were deemed unreachable.

Manchester United’s Paul Pogba, Sassuolo’s Manuel Locatelli and Lyon’s Houssem Aouar will all not be viable options for next month’s transfer window, forcing the Turin based club to consider alternatives.

Udinese talisman Rodrigo De Paul is one option for Juventus, the report continues, but would cost around €40 million.

In order to convince the Friulian side, Juventus are thinking of offering some players in exchange, namely Daniele Rugani and Manolo Portanova.

Inter are also interested in signing De Paul, but his high price tag may prove an issue as well.

The 26-year-old Argentinean has scored three goals and provided three assists in 15 appearances so far this season.
