Parma do not wish to deprive themselves of attacker Gervinho until at least the end of this season according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

The experienced Ivorian forward has been strongly linked with a move away from the club in next month’s transfer window but it would seem that the Ducali club do not plan on letting him go.

Inter have been strongly linked with signing Gervinho for several months with a possible swap deal involving Inter’s Andrea Pinamonti having been heavily speculated about in the Italian media for some time. Gervinho has also been linked with clubs outside of Italy.

The former Arsenal player joined his current employers back in the Summer of 2018 and he is under contract with them until the end of next season.

The 33-year-old, who has 86 caps for the Ivory Coast national team, has made 12 appearances this season, in which he has scored four goals and provided a single assist.
