Udinese will not listen to offers for star player Rodrigo de Paul until nearer the end of next month’s January transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The Argentine national team player has been strongly linked with a move away from the Bianconeri club once again with Inter among several clubs to have been linked with potentially signing him next month.

As per this report, Udinese would not like to let go of de Paul until the Summer but in any case they are unwilling to listen to offers until at least January 23.

The reason for this is because they will play multiple games in quick succession and need points, something de Paul could really help them to acquire.

The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to add that Udinese want €35-40 million for de Paul and it is therefore difficult for an 18 month loan deal with a ‘disguised’ purchase option to be set-up.
