Inter are continuing to monitor the performances of Cagliari goalkeeper Alessio Cragno according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
Inter are keeping tabs on the Italian national team representative as they continue to seek a long term replacement for current number one goalkeeper Samir Handanovic, whose contract with the club is due to expire at the end of the current season.
The report goes on to explain that Cragno has recovered very well from his injury as evidenced by his performances in the season so far and the Rome based news outlet add that it is therefore no coincidence that Inter are following him.
Cragno, who is under contract with his current employers through to the end of the 2023/24 season, has been consistently good for a number of seasons now and is one of several goalkeepers Inter have been linked with lately.
