Manchester City are serious about signing Inter striker Lautaro Martinez according to a report from Spanish news outlet TodoFichajes.com.

As per this report, the Premier League club are prepared to make a significant offer to Inter for the highly rated 23-year-old Argentine national team forward, who has been with Inter for the past two and a half years.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola would like the former Racing Club player signed to be the long term replacement for Sergio Aguero, whose contract with the Citizens is due to expire at the end of this season.

Inter continue to point toward Lautaro’s €111 million release clause as his values but this report states that a more realistic price for Lautaro is €75 million.

This season Lautaro has made 20 appearances across all competition to date in which he has managed to score seven goals and provide a total of five assists for his teammates.
