Arkadiusz Milik is considering taking legal action against current employers Napoli over unpaid wages according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The Polish national team player has been completely frozen out at the Partenopei club this term and is the only player in the Napoli squad to have not received his salary for the month of October.

Relations between the parties are already very tense with Napoli suing Milik for image damage with them seeking €1 million in damages.

At the basis of Napoli’s claim against Milik is the infamous squad mutiny which occurred back in 2019 and Milik advertising his newly opened restaurant in Poland unauthorised.

The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to state that he could leave in January or at the end of the season, when his contract expires. Inter are one of the clubs keeping an eye on the situation.
