A report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia has analysed what Inter will look to do with Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen.
The report details how everything depends on the offers that the Nerazzurri receive for the 28-year-old Dane, who is set to leave Milan after only 12 months due to a complete failure to adapt to coach Antonio Conte’s tactical system.
Inter do not want to make any capital losses on Eriksen, especially considering that they’ve invested over €28 million into the player so far, between his wages and the price tag, and so want to at least make that money back.
The Milanese club would be open to accepting a loan deal with a buy option attached, as that formula should guarantee the club make their money back on the former Tottenham man.
The club would risk losing out in a straight player swap, however, and may look to avoid that., the report continues.
The 28-year-old Eriksen has made 12 appearances across all competitions so far this season, and has failed to particularly impress Conte in that time.
