Ligue 1 side Marseille are currently in pole position in the race to sign Inter linked Arkadiusz Milik, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the French club are in urgent need of a strong centre forward and Ligue 1 would be the perfect league for the 26-year-old Polish forward to regain form ahead of this summer’s European Championship.

Marseille are happy to offer around €10 million for Milik, which will likely rise a little due to bonuses, and now the ball is in Milik’s court.

Napoli have received a variety of offers but Marseille’s is the most inviting for them, and the 26-year-old Pole must decide whether to accept it or not.

Atletico Madrid are also keen, but Milik and his agents are tempted to sign as a free agent for a club this month and wait until the end of the season, with Juventus still interested.
