Inter president Steven Zhang will consider all offers that arrive for players in the January transfer window, according to Italian media reports.

As per today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter will make no significant investments this month unless chief executive Beppe Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio can sell players first.

Christian Eriksen has been heavily linked with a departure although speculation over his exit has cooled of late.

Valencia had shown an interest and enquired about the Dane but have not gone any further, while Paris Saint-Germain do not consider signing Eriksen to be a priority at this moment in time.

Eriksen’s situation is not comparable to that of Radja Nainggolan, who joined Cagliari on loan for the remainder of the season.

Unlike Nainggolan, who was on the fringes of the squad, Eriksen warmed up for a long time yesterday and had a real chance of coming onto the pitch during Inter’s 6-2 win over Crotone.

The report goes on to explain that Matias Vecino is set to make a return and will soon be available again to Antonio Conte, but if an offer were to arrive for him Inter would consider it.
