Inter striker Lautaro Martinez scored a perfect hattrick against Crotone in the 6-2 win yesterday, the first perfect hattrick for Inter since 2017, according to a report from Italian stats provider Opta Paolo on Twitter yesterday.
The 23-year-old Argentine striker, who is contracted to the Milanese club until 2023, has made 21 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1412 minutes.
In that time, he has scored 10 goals and provided five assists.
Opta Paolo posted the tweet with the caption:
“Lautaro Martinez has scored his first Serie A hat-trick. For him 1 goal by right foot,1 by left foot and 1 headed. This is the first league perfect hat-trick of an Inter player since Mauro Icardi in March 2017 (vs Atalanta). Author.”
