Inter have recorded their eighth win in the Serie A on the trot after defeating Crotone at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district, after a goal fest led by Lautaro Martinez.

Inter started the match poorly against the visitors who took the lead after a corner following a horrific defensive error by Arturo Vidal.

Romelu Lukaku assisted Lautaro Martinez for the equalizer before Nicolo Barella’s unselfish pass to the Argentinian was hit into his own net by Luca Marrone to give the Nerazzurri the lead.

This lead was short-lived after Arturo Vidal gave away the clumsiest and most unnecessary penalty for the third time this season in all competitions.

In the second half however, Vidal was substituted for Stefano Sensi and the Nerazzurri never looked back with Lautaro Martinez scoring twice to complete his hattrick with Romelu Lukaku and Achraf Hakimi also getting on the scoresheet.
