Inter’s much sought-after January signing in attack will be one of four names, according to a report from Sport Mediaset tonight.

The Nerazzurri want a more experienced option to replace Andrea Pinamonti, who is expected to leave on loan with Benevento seemingly the most interested club.

Alexis Sanchez is also struggling to stay available on a regular basis due to fitness concerns, leaving Antonio Conte with no option but to request a reinforcement.

The candidates to come in and give Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez some back-up are Gervinho from Parma, Papu Gomez from Atalanta, Eder from Jiangsu Suning and free agent Graziano Pelle.

Gervinho and Gomez are Inter’s preferred options but also the least likely of the quartet to arrive.

Regardless of Conte’s technical preferences, Christian Eriksen’s probable departure will require Inter to find a replacement to ensure they’re not short of numbers during the second half of the season.
