Christian Eriksen Likely To Secure Inter Departure In Final Week Of January, Italian Media Claim

Christian Eriksen is unlikely not to secure a move away from Inter during the January transfer window, a report in Italy has argued today.

The Nerazzurri have their hands tied in this month’s market and could end up doing nothing, as stated by Antonio Conte following yesterday’s 2-2 draw at Roma.

But as per Tuttosport’s print edition, it is difficult to think that Eriksen will not find a new club come the final week of the window, which could free up funds for a low-cost arrival.

The out-of-favour Dane has been linked with a whole array of clubs for a few weeks now from Paris Saint-Germain to Arsenal among many others, but it has been widely reported that Eriksen’s salary makes a move away complicated.

The 28-year-old has spent the past year at Inter but things have went far from plan for the Danish national team attacking midfielder, who has made no goal contributions in 13 appearances this term.

Tuttosport also report that Crotone have made an attempt to sign Inter youngster Andrea Pinamonti, who, like Eriksen, has been strongly linked with a departure from Inter this month.
