Antonio Conte is expected to make eight changes to his Inter side tomorrow when the Nerazzurri face Fiorentina in the Coppa Italia.

Inter’s last 16 tie at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, scheduled for 3pm local time, comes in between key Serie A fixtures against Roma and Juventus, meaning heavy rotation is inevitable on Wednesday.

FcInterNews.it reported this evening that Ionut Radu will make his first appearance of the season in goal, replacing the under-fire Samir Handanovic, while Aleksandar Kolarov and Andrea Ranocchia will replace Stefan de Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni in defence.

Christian Eriksen, Roberto Gagliardini, Ivan Perisic and Alexis Sanchez will all come into the starting XI as well following Sunday’s 2-2 draw at the Stadio Olimpico.

Milan Skriniar, Marcelo Brozovic and Lautaro Martinez are the only three players expected to keep their place in Conte’s line-up ahead of this weekend’s Derby d’Italia.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Radu; Skriniar, Ranocchia, Kolarov; Young, Gagliardini, Brozovic, Eriksen, Perisic; Lautaro Matinez, Sanchez.
