Inter central midfielder Nicolo Barella has taken to Instagram to share his delight with Inter’s 2-0 win over Juventus in the Derby d’Italia at the weekend.
The highly-rated 23-year-old provided the assist for Arturo Vidal’s opening goal and he then got himself on the score sheet as he got on the end of a long ball from Alessandro Bastoni.
This was the first time that Inter had beaten Juventus since 2016 and Barella played an absolutely pivotal role in helping Antonio Conte’s side to this success.
He posted a picture of Inter celebrating in the dressing room at San Siro, with one word: “GREAT!”
