Parma have made Fluminense a €1 million offer for reported Inter target Marcos Paulo, according to a report in Italy.

TuttoMercatoWeb state the Ducali are pushing to sign the talented 19-year-old, who has also been linked with a move to San Siro in recent weeks.

Parma’s offer also includes an unspecified percentage of any future sale, but it seems Marcos Paulo is destined to join Atletico Madrid instead.

Fluminense want to accept the bid because they are otherwise set to lose the forward on a free transfer in the summer, but Marcos Paulo has agreed personal terms with the Colchoneros for June and is unlikely to change his mind.

The Portuguese under-19 international, who is out of contract with Fluminense in a matter of months, has made 25 appearances across all competitions to date this season, in which he has scored three goals and provided a total of three assists for his teammates.
