There are no problems between Inter and Real Madrid regarding the payment of the transfer fee for Achraf Hakimi according to the player’s agent Alejandro Camano.

Reports in recent weeks have stated that Inter did not pay Los Blancos the first instalment due them for Hakimi and some reports have even suggested that Real Madrid are threatening to sue Inter over their failure to pay.

Speaking with FCInter1908.it, Camano has however stated to knowing nothing about the recent media speculation surrounding his client and admitted that nobody from Real Madrid has been in contact with him.

“The rumours about Hakimi? What are these rumours? I don’t know anything about it.

“We didn’t get any calls from Real Madrid.”

Camano also spoke on how his client is faring in his new surroundings, about six months on from his arrival in a deal totalling €45 million, including add-ons.

“Achraf is doing well at Inter and is only focused on doing his best for Inter.

“His goal is to win with Inter, he thinks about nothing else.”

This season Hakimi, who is under contract with Inter until 2025, has made 24 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored a total of six goals and provided five assists for his teammates.
