Udinese and Argentine national team goalkeeper Juan Musso has admitted that whilst his focus is on his current employers, he would like to play for a club in the UEFA Champions League in his future.

In an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport, which appeared in today’s print edition, Musso was quizzed on his future amid continued links with a move to Inter.

“I am thinking of Udinese,” he told the Milanese news outlet.

“It is normal that I want to get to a club that plays in the Champions League.”

Musso, who has been consistently good since his arrival at Udinese a few years ago, also shared his thoughts on the man he could potentially replace at Inter, Samir Handanovic.

“He is one of the best, he has experience and transmits security.

“On the podium of best goalkeepers in Italy I also put Donnarumma and Szczesny.”

Musso is not the only Udinese player to have been linked with Inter with Rodrigo de Paul also having been linked and Musso went on to share his thoughts on his compatriot.

“He deserves to be at a team who fight for important goals.”

Udinese are due to play host to Inter later on today and Musso admitted that neither he nor Udinese are afraid of anyone ahead of taking on Antonio Conte’s Nerazzurri, who currently occupy second spot in the Serie A standings.

“Perhaps Inter are the strongest of them all.

“They have got so many options to hurt you and I like Hakimi, he’s fast, he’s technical.

“Lautaro and Lukaku are one of the strongest attacking pairs around, and are on par with Juve’s but I’m not afraid of anyone.

“Nor are Udinese.

“We don’t feel inferior.”
