Inter are one of a number of clubs that have an interest in signing Lucas Torreira according to an Italian newspaper report today.
As per Tuttosport, any deal for the Uruguayan international would be complicated, due largely in part to the salary that he earns.
The former Sampdoria player is currently out on loan at La Liga club Atletico Madrid from Arsenal but the loan has not went to plan for him.
A number of recent reports in the media have suggested that Inter could explore the possibility of setting up a swap deal with Arsenal for Torreira, in which they would offer Christian Eriksen.
Eriksen has been linked with a whole array of Premier League clubs as of late as Inter attempt to offload the Denmark international, who has been a flop in Milan since his transfer to the club in a cut-price deal in the last January transfer window.
