Udinese’s Juan Musso is one of the best goalkeepers currently plying their trade in Serie A, at least in the eyes of his agent Vicente Montes.

The Argentine shot-stopper has been strongly linked with a potential move to the Nerazzurri lately and starred against his potential future employers this past weekend in a goalless draw.

This season Musso, who is said to be valued at upwards of €30 million by Udinese, has made 18 appearances, in which he has kept a total of four clean sheets.

“Against Inter, Juan did nothing but confirm what he has been proving for three years now and that is, that he is one of the best goalkeepers in Serie A,” Montes told Italian news outlet minutidirecupero.it.

“We saw once again the serenity and naturalness with which he completed yet another great performance.”

Montes then went on to speak about the save he made during the first half on Lautaro Martinez, who he admits his client has a good relationship with.

“The save he made on the shot from his friend Lautaro was extraordinary.

“In football, you never know what can happen until the 90th minute, but considering the moment of the match in which it arrived, I think that save was decisive for the result.

“He and Lautaro played together at Racing, one of Argentina’s great teams, and recently they were both in the national team squad, there is a good relationship between the two of them.”

Minutidirecupero.it also asked Montes about Musso’s future and while they have not published any quotes from this, they go on to add that from what was said, the conclusion that this will be Musso’s last season in Udine can be drawn.
