Inter boss Antonio Conte will make four changes to his starting XI for tomorrow’s Coppa Italia quarter-final against AC Milan, according to an Italian broadcaster.

Lautaro Martinez, Achraf Hakimi, Ashley Young and Alessandro Bastoni will all be rested on Tuesday ahead of the Nerazzurri’s next match in Serie A against Benevento.

Alexis Sanchez, Matteo Darmian, Ivan Perisic and Aleksandar Kolarov are expected to replace them, with the rest of the line-up unchanged from Saturday’s goalless draw at Udinese.

Inter could face arch rivals Juventus in a two-legged semi-final next month if they emerge victorious from the Derby della Madonnina.

Stefano Pioli’s side won the first derby of the season with a 2-1 success in October, thanks to a double from Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The two teams will meet again in the league on February 21.

Inter’s probable starting XI vs AC Milan (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Kolarov; Darmian, Barella, Brozovic, Vidal, Perisic; Lukaku, Sanchez.
