Tomorrow’s Milan derby in the Coppa Italia will not be Suning’s last as owners of Inter, according to one Italian newspaper report today.

Suning are in talks with BC Partners over the sale of the club and given the complexity of such a deal, it is too early to imagine that something will have already been agreed.

Therefore, Tuttosport, via their print edition, explain that tomorrow’s Derby della Madonnina in the quarter-finals will not be the last for which the Chinese conglomerate are at the helm.

The Milanese clubs are due to lock horns for the second time in the league this season on February 21 and by that date the figures of BC Partners’ offer to Suning are likely to be known.

BC Partners are currently conducting their due diligence of Inter’s accounts on an exclusive basis and a concrete offer will come from them upon the completion of their investigation into Inter’s accounts.
