There are five players fighting for two of the three starting spots in Inter’s midfield for tonight’s Coppa Italia quarter-final clash with AC Milan, according to an Italian media report today.

As per Tuesday’s print edition of Tuttosport, Arturo Vidal will start for the Nerazzurri in the middle of the pitch while it is between Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Roberto Gagliardini, Christian Eriksen and Stefano Sensi for the other two places.

Antonio Conte is set to make a lot of changes to take on the Rossoneri at San Siro later on today, with kick-off set for 20:45 local time.

Aleksandar Kolarov will replace Alessandro Bastoni, Matteo Darmian and Ivan Perisic should come in for Achraf Hakimi and Ashley Young at wing-back and Chilean international attacker Alexis Sanchez will deputise for Lautaro Martinez alongside Romelu Lukaku up front.

The winner of tonight’s match will face Juventus or SPAL in a two-legged semi-final next month.
