Inter coach Antonio Conte will make four changes to the side that started Saturday’s match with Udinese for tonight’s Coppa Italia quarter-final match against AC Milan, according to a leading Italian broadcaster.
As per Sport Mediaset, the former Italian national team coach is to drop Alessandro Bastoni, Achraf Hakimi, Ashley Young and Lautaro Martinez to the bench for the match against the Rossoneri.
Aleksandar Kolarov, Matteo Darmian, Ivan Perisic and Alexis Sanchez will come in for this quartet respectively and the level of turnover is a sure sign that Serie A is the priority for Inter, despite the obvious importance of the Coppa Italia.
Inter lost last time they faced off against AC Milan with them falling to a 2-1 defeat in Serie A earlier on this season.
This will therefore be the second of three meetings this season, with the third meeting coming in a few weeks’ time in the league.
