Roma are working to resolve the future of potential Inter target Edin Dzeko but finding him a new team before the transfer window closes will not be easy, an Italian newspaper report has explained today.

Gazzetta dello Sport’s print edition states that Dzeko and his family are very happy in Rome and have a strong bond with the city.

The Bosnian would only like to move to a club where he will be first choice, and he has therefore said no to moves to West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League.

Moreover, the former Manchester City striker earns €7.5 million a year.

Inter and Juventus have both been linked with signing the experienced forward but the Nerazzurri have financial problems while Juve are only in a position to offer a player exchange for Dzeko.

Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Barcelona have all been offered Dzeko and it appears that there has only been some sort of movement from the two La Liga sides.
