Inter could offer Ionut Andrei Radu to Roma as part of their agreement to swap Alexis Sanchez and Edin Dzeko, according to an Italian media report today.

As per Tuttosport’s print edition, unless the Giallorossi agree to pay the difference in gross salaries between Dzeko and Sanchez, the only way for the deal to proceed is for Inter to include another player, which could be their second-choice goalkeeper Radu.

Radu’s agents in fact appeared at the hotel where Inter and Roma officials met last night and the idea of the Romania under-21 international’s inclusion in the deal has become increasingly popular.

Another option could be the inclusion of Matias Vecino, who made his long-awaited return to competitive action yesterday for Inter’s Primavera side following a long time out injured.

The report goes on to state that it is very difficult to imagine Andrea Pinamonti being included in the deal, because it would leave Antonio Conte with just three strikers to work with for the remainder of the season.
