Inter coach Antonio Conte is set to make a number of changes to his starting line-up for the Coppa Italia match against Juventus on Tuesday, including starting Alexis Sanchez.

The Nerazzurri travel to the Allianz Stadium to contest the first leg against the Bianconeri and Conte will shuffle the team that recorded a comfortable 4-0 victory over Benevento in Serie A yesterday.

With Romelu Lukaku suspended following an accumulation of yellow cards, Lautaro Martinez will be partnered by Chile international Sanchez in attack, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Meanwhile, right wing-back Achraf Hakimi also misses out as he serves a one-match ban after being booked in the 2-1 Quarter-Final victory over AC Milan and Matteo Darmian is set to deputise.

Inter are set to overhaul the midfield for the clash against Juventus as central duo Christian Eriksen and Roberto Gagliardini drop to the bench, with Marcelo Brozovic and Arturo Vidal ready to step in.

On the left flank, Ashley Young is set to start in place of Ivan Perisic, whilst Conte will opt for Stefan De Vrij at centre-back instead of Andrea Ranocchia.
