Chelsea want Inter wing-back Achraf Hakimi in the summer, according to a Spanish media report.

As per TodoFichajes.com, Inter are considering cashing in on the Moroccan having suffered significant financial losses in the past year, which could force them to give up one of their most prized assets.

Hakimi, who joined Inter last summer in a €40 million deal from Real Madrid, has many admirers in the Premier League and Chelsea are believed to be the best placed club to try and sign him.

In fact, as per this report, the London-based club have already made contact with Inter over Hakimi and are understood to be preparing an offer of €50 million for the highly rated 22-year-old, who is contracted to the Nerazzurri until 2025.

A report in The Athletic earlier this week also signalled Chelsea’s interest, along with that of Arsenal.

Since joining Inter, Hakimi has made 27 appearances across all competitions, in which he has managed to score six goals and provide his teammates with five assists.
