Christian Eriksen failed to make his mark on last night’s Derby d’Italia as Inter crashed out of the Coppa Italia against Juventus, according to an Italian media report today.

The Denmark international was given the opportunity to start and a rare chance to share the field of play with Marcelo Brozovic, but he did not make the desired impact as the Nerazzurri drew 0-0 in Turin.

Tuttosport handed Eriksen a rating of 5.5/10 for his performance in the semi-final second leg.

“He came more into the game when Antonio Conte moved him into central midfield, which made him more effective, but he didn’t influence things much,” the Turin-based paper wrote of the 28-year-old’s display.

Ivan Perisic, Aleksandar Kolarov and Matteo Darmian also received 5.5/10 while Romelu Lukaku was rated 5/10 and Lautaro Martinez got 4.5, the lowest score of all.

Inter’s best player on the night at the Allianz Stadium was Samir Handanovic, who was given a rating of 7/10 after making a couple of big saves on shots from Cristiano Ronaldo.

Achraf Hakimi, Stefan de Vrij and Nicolo Barella were all rated 6.5/10 with Milan Skriniar, Alessandro Bastoni and Marcelo Brozovic all rated 6/10.
