Inter’s leaked new logo has been confirmed as real after the Nerazzurri filed a trademark application, according to a report today.

Footyheadlines.com have shared an image of the document which shows a full-colour variant of the logo, after monochrome versions were leaked by Gazzetta dello Sport several weeks ago.

Inter’s badge, as widely expected, features the letters intertwined ‘I’ and ‘M’ to signify ‘Inter Milano’, the name that the club will use to market themselves during their upcoming rebrand.

Although the club will be known commercially as the above, it has already been confirmed that the club’s official name will not be changed from FC Internazionale Milano.

In the image shared by Footyheadlines, the ‘I’ and ‘M’ are white and sit inside a blue circle which is surrounded by a circular black border.

Calcio e Finanza have reported that also Inter filed for a trademark of an ‘Inter’ text which will presumably be used on social media and for commercial purposes.
