Antonio Conte has one key selection dilemma for Inter’s crunch match against Lazio on Sunday, according to an Italian broadcaster this evening.

As per Sky Sport 24, the Nerazzurri boss must choose whether to pick Arturo Vidal or Roberto Gagliardini in midfield for the Serie A clash at home to Simone Inzaghi’s side.

Vidal appears to have overcome the knee problem he sustained during Inter’s 2-0 win at Fiorentina last Friday.

Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella are guaranteed to start at San Siro, even though they are both at risk of suspension for the Milan derby on February 21.

Either Vidal or Gagliardini will complete the midfield three in Conte’s 3-5-2 system to take on in-form Lazio, in what promises to be a key match in the race for the Serie A title.

The match at San Siro will be the second time that the sides meet this season, with the previous meeting ending in a 1-1 draw at the Stadio Olimpico in October.
