Former Nerazzurri captain Mauro Icardi has once again enraged Inter fans with the Argentine liking posts of Juventus players on social media celebrating reaching the Coppa Italia, Italian media report.
This according to yesterday’s print edition of Italian news paper Corriero Dello Sport, who report further that the PSG striker liked photos posted by multiple Juventus players on Instagram after the 0-0 draw in the Allianz Stadium on Tuesday night.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini, Alvaro Morata and Paolo Dybala all received a like on their Instagram posts from Mauro Icardi, enraging Inter fans with his public affection towards the side he once captained being eliminated from the Coppa Italia.
Icardi was a key player for Inter in the post Mourinho era and was the poster boy for Inter’s eventual return to European football under Luciano Spalletti.
However, the Argentinian forward left the San Siro in bitter circumstances in 2019 on a season long loan to PSG before making the move permanent last summer for a reported fee of €70 million.
