Red Star Belgrade coach Dejan Stankovic could play a part in Inter signing Andrija Radulovic, according to an Italian media report today.

As per FCInter1908.it, Inter have been courting Red Star Belgrade prospect Radulovic for some time alongside Portuguese powerhouses Benfica and city rivals AC Milan.

Radulovic’s contract with his current employers is due to expire at the end of next season and if he has not reached an agreement over a new deal by this summer, he could be sold at a cut price.

Stankovic, who formerly played for Inter, and agent Federico Pastorello, who has several clients at Inter including Romelu Lukaku, could both play a decisive role in the event that Inter try and sign him.

18-year-old Radulovic, who is a Serbia under 19 national team representative, has made nine appearances across all competitions to date this term, in which he has scored a single goal and also provided a single assist.

Red Star will host AC Milan on Thursday in the first leg of their UEFA Europa League last 32 tie.
